Mountains is Brendon Anderegg and Koen Holtkamp, two sonic explorers whose long history, shared philosophies, and love of sculpting sound, has resulted in some of the most densely layered and blissful music crafted in recent memory.

The band’s 2009 album "Choral" was universally acclaimed and also one of the best selling Thrill Jockey releases of 2009.

Mountains will tour the East Coast and Midwest prior to the album release. The band will then tour Europe upon release with additional US dates starting in June.
